North has slam ambitions despite the singleton trump, and uses RKCB to find partner with the three missing key cards. If partner also has ♥Q and ♦K, then a grand slam would be on, but they settle for 6♥. Note that the 5♠ bid must be interpreted as asking for the trump queen, because 4NT has already implicitly agreed hearts as trumps.
