The 5♣ and 5♦ responses say nothing about the trump queen. The 4NT bidder can bid the cheapest non-trump suit to ask about it.
There are various schemes for the response. The simplest is:
Trumps: Denies the queen
5NT: Shows the queen, but no side-suit kings
Side suit: Shows the queen, and the king of that suit
