We have nine tricks safely in the bag. The only play for an overtrick is to hope West has both missing spade honours. We should play ♣A on the first trick (to encourage a spade continuation rather than a heart), and lead a spade to the jack. If it fails, we will make sure the clubs are unblocked, return to hand with a diamond, take ♣K and then all our other winners.
When we play the remaining diamonds, we want to win the last round in hand. So we need to play the other honour from dummy on the second round.
