If we draw the remaining trump, we will end up with a heart loser and a diamond loser, and go one down. Our only hope is that the minor suits behave well enough for us to ruff the losing diamond.
Win with ♥A, cash ♦AK, return to hand with ♣A and ruff the losing diamond with ♠6. Now cross back to hand with ♣K, and draw the outstanding trump.
It would be a huge mistake to cash the ♦Q before ruffing, because one opponent will then be void in diamonds. It would also be bad technique to cash the clubs early, because they are useful entries (though as the cards lie, we would get away with it).
