We have nine top tricks (provided trumps don't fall 4-0), and from East's perspective we have four potential losers. We need to ruff a loser with dummy's short trumps, and it can only be a club.
However, there is no need to take unnecessary risks. We cannot make the contract anyway if the trumps fall 4-0. And if not, then we can draw trumps in (at most) three rounds and still have a trump in dummy to ruff our club loser.
So, win the first trick, draw trumps, cash ♣A and ♣K, ruff the losing club, and set up a diamond winner.
If you try to ruff the club loser before drawing trumps, then North will over-ruff your ♥10 with ♥J, and you will go one down.
