Declarer has eight top tricks, and can force another in diamonds. She needs the club finesse to work for the tenth trick. After winning the opening lead and drawing trumps, she takes K, then leads a low club to the jack. This wins because South holds the queen. She then sets up a diamond winner.

Declarer loses just a spade and two diamonds.
