The 5♣ response shows one key card. West is still slightly concerned about ♠Q, so asks opener for it by making the lowest-level non-trump bid of 5♦. East confirms the card, as well as ♥K by bidding 5♥. An alternative is to bid 6♦ showing instead ♦K, but the lowest level bid is preferable.
