The club lead gives us one extra trick immediately just by playing low in dummy. As it happens, West plays the 5 and we let the ten win.

We want to set up the spades. On the second spade round we could either finesse or play for the queen to drop. Either way we want to play a high card from dummy on that second round, so we must use the K on the first round.

As we have entries in dummy, it is better to finesse. So, cross to K at trick two, and lead 2 to the J. West wins with the queen and returns a club, but we have made our contract. We do have three hearts to take, and we want to win the second round in hand, so we should cash K on the first round of the suit.
