We play low from dummy and North plays the jack. We win with the queen, and are now certain that South has the A.

We need to set up the diamonds, and should just play our two masters, and lead a third round. East wins and returns 9. But we can confidently win with the king, cross to hand with a spade and cash our long diamond winners.

We could then just cash our other spade winner for eight tricks, but it is perfectly safe to set up an overtrick in hearts, because we know from the initial lead that the clubs are 4-4. So, we should play a heart to the queen. Opponents will take the A and two club tricks, but we will have two winners left in the majors.
